We maintain a rigorous quality standard. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, ensure all original documentation and order identifiers are included within the parcel.

Note: Orders currently in transit must be successfully delivered and returned to our facility prior to refund issuance.

Cancellations are permitted without penalty provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy to secure a refund upon delivery.

Accuracy of shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. If you identify an error in your submitted address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately. Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to shayne939@yahoo.com. We cannot offer refunds for submissions exceeding this timeframe.
